5 most common VDI questions

5 most common VDI questions

It is much more easy managing desktops with a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) because IT has a single central image from which they can control hundreds, even thousands of desktops. In addition, it grants access to desktops and applications anywhere and anytime.

But you should keep in mind that sometimes issues may occur, and the support team should be ready to fix them. Fortunately, most issues (passwords, internet connections…) are easy to solve. Other are a bit more complicated, so if you’d like to check whether your team is prepared to face these issues, have a look at the 5 most common VDI questions and learn why users ask them.
