UDS Enterprise, the only VDI solution certified by the CCN and included in the CPSTIC catalog
Virtual Cable, the developer of UDS Enterprise, has reached a new milestone in its commitment to cybersecurity and technological excellence. Its virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solution has obtained the Spanish National Essential Security Certification (LINCE). It has also been included in the Catalog of Information and Communication Technology Security Products and Services (CPSTIC) of the National Cryptologic Center (CCN). It is currently the only qualified tool in the VDI category.
With this validation and its inclusion in the CPSTIC, Virtual Cable has become a pioneer in certifying its technology for this family in the official CCN Catalog. This gives it a clear competitive advantage by demonstrating the robustness and reliability of UDS Enterprise for digital workplace environments, in accordance with the requirements of the Spanish National Security Scheme (ENS).
The CPSTIC (Spanish National Cybersecurity Assessment System) is a key reference for the Spanish Public Administration and the companies that provide services to it, especially in the context of bidding processes and technology acquisitions. It is the official list of ICT products recommended by the Products and Technologies Department of the National Cryptologic Center (CCN-PYTEC) to protect information assets in the public sector. The products included, such as UDS Enterprise, have been evaluated under cybersecurity certification schemes by accredited and independent laboratories to ensure they meet the highest security standards.
Virtual Cable leads the way in cybersecurity with LINCE certification and compliance with the ENS (National Security Assessment System)
The CCN, through the certifying body, has issued a favorable verdict after validating the technical evaluation report for UDS Enterprise according to the criteria established by the National Essential Security Certification (LINCE). This certification supports compliance with the Fundamental Security Requirements (FSR) defined in the National Security Framework (ENS).
UDS Enterprise is included within the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) family, within the Equipment and Services Protection category. The RFS defined for this group establish the security capabilities that every product must implement for a specific use case, regardless of manufacturer or technology. This approach guarantees a consistent level of trust and ensures its suitability for public sector environments where ENS is applied.
“This CCN recognition reaffirms the strength and reliability of our technology, giving public and private organizations the confidence that UDS Enterprise meets the highest security standards in the field of virtualization and the digital workplace,” says Félix Casado, CEO of Virtual Cable.
With this validation, UDS Enterprise is positioned as the most secure and specialized alternative for deploying virtual desktops in environments that require not only rigorous compliance with ENS, but also the confidence of being a CCN-approved option.
