We can access UDS Enterprise from different cloud environments, like e-Learning platforms, AWS, Microsoft Azure… It also lets us administer resources hosted on cloud platforms and multiple hypervisors, applications servers, physical PCs platforms… In addition, UDS Enterprise integrates with major cloud orchestrators at different levels: OpenStack and OpenNebula.
The compatibility with almost any licensed and free hypervisors, authenticators and connection protocols make it a unique solution in the market, which helps avoid the uncomfortable vendor lock-in. Its Open Source base, SOA architecture and API REST provides it with great flexibility and makes it easy to integrate it with any third-party software, making remote desktop access and desktop virtualization accessible for everyone.
The way it is marketed fosters an inverse cost scaling: the more users, the more the cost of the platform is reduced, since it doesn’t require to pay any license, it is commercialized through a subscription system based on number of users featuring support and product updates.
