Developers from 50 countries at Open Infrastructure Summit

For the first time and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Open Infrastructure Summit will be held virtually. This popular event, organized by OpenStack Foundation, will take place from October 19 to 23. Users, developers and suppliers from more than 50 countries and 600 companies that build and operate with open infrastructures will meet.

This summit will focus on the integration of Open Source infrastructures. Over the years, the event has evolved to host more than 30 Open Source projects, such as Airship, Ansible, Docker, Kata Containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenStack, StarlingX, Zuul

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about interesting use cases of this type of technology, as well as to carry out trainings and delve into different Open Source projects. They will be able to collaborate with members of leading Open Source communities and learn from their developers first-hand.

More than 200 presentations, discussions, workshops and educational sessions have been scheduled for the five days of the summit. Among other topics, CI/CD, container infrastructures, artificial intelligence, machine learning, HPC, open development, private and hybrid cloud, public cloud, security and 5G, NFV and Edge will be discussed.

Thousands of IT decision-makers, Open Source operators and developers are expected to participate in the event, collaborating on common use cases and offering their point of view to solve real problems.
