UDS Enterprise 1.9 supports Nutanix Acropolis

This joint provides more flexibility & important cost-saving on VDI deployments.

Flexibility is guaranteed by multiple hypervisors support; indeed all hypervisors supported by Nutanix are included in the list of the supported ones by UDS Enterprise (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer, Red Hat KVM, oVirt KVM, Nutanix Acropolis…). Moreover, UDS Enterprise supports multiple authenticators (Active Directory, LDAP, OpenLDAP, eDirectory, SAML, CAS, Internal authentication system, authentication system by device, IP, MAC, Hostname…) and connection protocols (RDP, XRDP, RemoteFX, RGS, NX, SPICE, HTML5…).

Cost-saving is also ensured, since UDS Enterprise is commercialized through a subscription system based on user segments. The broker cost remains constant for each segment; so in a project with Nutanix Acropolis you only need to increase the number of nodes, there’s no need to add hypervisor licenses or third-party brokers.
