Red Hat announced the availability of new tools for developers: Red Hat Software Collections 2.2 and Red Hat Developer Toolset 4.1.
Red Hat Software Collections 2.2 inludes Open Source web development tools, dynamic languages, and databases. This set of tools aims at bridge developer agility and production stability by helping to accelerate the creation of modern applications that can then be more confidently deployed into production.
Next Tuesday 12th April the second edition of Enterprise Open Source Conference will be held in Madrid, a 100% Open Source enterprise-oriented event, more specifically to TI professionals.
Promoted by Red Hat and Accenture, the conference will feature national and international keynotes about the benefits of enterprise Open Source solutions, its adoption in Spain and its possibilities.

Red Hat today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ansible, a provider of IT automation solutions designed to help enterprises move toward frictionless IT. Ansible’s automation capabilities, together with Red Hat’s existing management portfolio, will help users drive down the cost and complexity of deploying and managing both cloud-native and traditional applications across hybrid cloud environments. With today’s announcement, Red Hat expands hybrid cloud management, OpenStack and containers.
