Public Centre for Social Welfare in Eupen trusts UDS Enterprise for VDI
The Public Centre for Social Welfare (PCSW) in Eupen (Belgium) has been pursuing a consistent strategy of desktop virtualisation of all its workstations for several years. Now, they rely on the UDS Enterprise connection broker as the basis for the entire desktop virtualization of their employees. “We conducted a proof of concept with UDS Enterprise Free Edition that met our expectations for VDI. We checked that it could be used as a fully-fledged and futureoriented replacement for the old desktop virtualization in our infrastructure and mainly with IGEL thin clients”, explained the representative of the ICT Service of PCSW.
