UDS Enterprise 1.9 beta is already available on our website and on our demo platform. This new version of our multiplatform connection broker for Windows and Linux features important innovations for IT administrators and users, such as:

Application virtualization. From this version onwards, it brings together two complementary technologies: desktop virtualization and application virtualization.

NUTANIX ACROPOLIS support. It features deployment of virtual desktops on Nutanix Acropolis hypervisor in a fully operational way. (video)

UDS Enterprise & RHEV integration

UDS Enterprise fully integrates with Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3 onwards. In fact, we are Red Hat’s Technology Partner.

UDS Enterprise components are offered in Virtual Appliance format and they are hosted on the RHEV platform on which the virtual desktops are going to be deployed.

Thus, this software enables the deployment of a wide variety of operating systems, such as Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2008 and Windows 2012.

Regarding the Linux family, UDS Enterprise is compatible with Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Debian-based distributions, Red Hat-based distributions like Fedora and CentOS, OpenSuse
