As usual, the RedIRIS Technical Conference held in Santander last June was preceded by the Working Groups, in which computer and network service providers from the institutions affiliated to RedIRIS have participated, in order to exchange information and experiences. On this occasion, Ramón Gómez Labrador, from the University of Seville, spoke about our software as a fundamental pillar of one of the projects they are developing with OpenGnsys: Remote PC.
Ramón Gómez Labrador, from the University of Seville, talked during RedIRIS Technical Conference held in Santander last June about the progress made in the OpenGnsys Project, developed by several Spanish Public Universities. Labrador explained that they are about to launch a new version of this system that allows the distribution, installation and deployment of different operating systems. The beta of the version 1.1.0 has been available since last July and the stable version will be released soon.
