The VDI broker UDS Enterprise will support Hyper-V clusters
We begin the year by unveiling some of the new features that will be incorporated to the next version of our connection broker for desktop and application virtualization. We confirm that UDS Enterprise 3.0 will add support for Hyper-V in cluster.
A few months ago we announced the compatibility of our VDI broker with the latest version of the Microsoft hypervisor in Standalone mode. Our development team has continued working to improve this integration and provide also support for this cluster technology.
UDS achieves VMware Cloud Solutions & Data Center Badges
A few weeks ago we announced that UDS Enterprise, our connection broker for desktop and application virtualization already has the VMware Partner Ready for vSphere validation, which certifies the optimal interoperability of a joint VDI and vApp solution. To this distinction are now added the Cloud Solutions and Data Center Badges.
Virtual Cable, among the 50 Excellent in Business Management
The company VirtualCable, pioneer in the development of virtualization software in Spain, received on November 27 the Certificate of Excellence in Business Management (IeE) granted by the newspaper elEconomista and the company Informa D&B. This year only 50 companies of the more than 800 that underwent the audit process have obtained the certificate.

In this presentation, Faleschini explained how to handle large scale deployments in the sense of thousands of small clusters with a complex level of services on top in a completely automated manner thanks to OpenNebula. “It has an impressive power to simplicity ratio, we didn’t find it anywhere else in private cloud products, ” he said.
